AdWords Service Agreement - 411 Locals

I AGREE

I, [Customer Name], owner of [Company Name], authorize 411 Locals, to charge the amount of $[Budget+Commission], of which $[Budget] will be added into my AdWord account budget, and $[Commission] will be reserved by the agency for their commission fee. I will be responsible for adding additional funds to my account / campaign through 411 Locals if I wish to continue the service. For assistance on my campaign, I will contact 411 Locals Adwords Department at 305-744-5276.
