Lead Generation Services Terms and Conditions
411 Locals offers “411 Leads” Lead Generation services to its Customers (“Lead Generation Services”). These Lead Generation Services allow 411 Locals to generate new business for our customers by referring third-party clients who are potentially interested in the Customer’s business or services. In order to generate referrals, 411 Leads may use several tools, including 411 Locals’ online presence package. All set-up costs are included in the initial set-up fee.
As our customer, you agree to follow the Lead Generation Services Terms and Conditions. You will be billed for a one-time, non-refundable setup fee upon signing up for the Lead Generation Services. We will provide you with leads, and you agree to be billed per lead at the price per lead that is agreed upon. Leads will be transferred by 411 Locals to you via email and/or text message.
