2. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement

You agree to:

  • Provide relevant business information, logos, and images
  • Allow access to website statistics for analysis and improvement
  • Cooperate by providing necessary information for directory submissions

3. Scope of Services and Fees

411 Locals offers local business marketing services to boost your online visibility:

  • Google My Business Optimization: Setup and optimization to enhance local search visibility.
  • Website Development: Creation and maintenance of a custom, five-page optimized website.
  • Online Directory Submissions: Listing your business information in over 50 directories.

All fees are non-refundable and must be paid upfront ( as per contract ) or according to the payment schedule.

4. Term, Renewal, and Payment

  • Initial Term: Three (3) months, automatically renewing month-to-month unless terminated with a 30-day notice.
  • Payment Terms: Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination. Services will resume upon receipt of payment.

5. Changes, Results, and Intellectual Property

  • Changes: We may modify services or these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
  • No Guarantee of Results: While we aim to enhance your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings due to factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithm changes.
  • Intellectual Property: All content created by 411 Locals, including websites and listings, remains our property. These are leased to you during the service term and can be revoked or modified upon termination or non-payment.

6. Privacy and Communication

Your information will only be shared with necessary affiliates to provide our services. By using our services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, SMS, or other methods.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • Client Warranty: You confirm that any materials provided to 411 Locals are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You agree to indemnify and hold 411 Locals harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use.
  • Liability Limitation: 411 Locals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada.

9. Cancellation and Entire Agreement

  • Cancellation: You may cancel services with a 30-day written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with any other agreements provided by 411 Locals, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
