Booking Engine Terms and Conditions
These Booking Engine Terms of Service (“BE Terms”) apply to your use of the Booking Engine widget (“BE Widget”) and all related products and services provided by 411 Locals, in addition to the General Terms of Service located at General Terms of Service (“General Terms”). In the event of conflict between the BE Terms and the General Terms, the BE terms shall take priority to the extent of the conflict. 411 Locals may change or update these terms at any time, and you agree that it is your responsibility to check for such changes or updates and your continued use of the BE Widget is your acceptance of the same.
411 Locals will create a Booking Engine widget and Customer consents to installing it on the Customer’s website. Customer may withdraw its consent to install the BE Widget at any time prior to its installation.
The BE Widget will allow Customer’s clients to utilize Customer’s unique online booking system to request quotes of Customer’s services or to book an appointment with Customer to carry out a particular service.
Customer will have access to the “back end” of the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as well as the ability to manage appointment bookings and get monthly reports to track the success of your booking form.
The feature also gives professionals working for Customers the ability to access a mobile application in which they will be able to better manage their bookings and other jobs.
You are required to provide 411 Locals with your company name, address, phone number, and a list of services you will offer through appointments, so we can create the custom booking feature.
Customer is solely responsible for the installation and use of the BE Widget, and Customer shall comply will all applicable laws in connection with the BE Widget, it’s installation and it’s or any other users use of the BE Widget. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 411 Locals shall not be liable for the BE Widget, including Customer’s or any other users use of the BE Widget for any reason.
Cost
A non-refundable set-up fee in the amount of $9.99 will be charged to the Customer, with additional recurring monthly services fees, in the amount of $99.99, per month for each month thereafter based on agreement.
